The coil cleaning line
Using advanced spray technology to remove the oil on the surface of aluminum composite panel. Three types of technologies, that is, alkali degreasing, acid neutralization and washing with water, are adopted for coil cleaning. Acid form on the aluminum surface, forming an oxidation film protective layer to prevent aluminum oxidation and help paint firmly attached to the top of film.

Thus, our ACP production efficiency is largely improved.

This high speed ACP production line features high production speed and the finished panels feature superior surface flatness and good resistance to impact and corrosion. Our laminating line is applicable for producing aluminum composite panels with a width of 1000mm, 1250mm, 1500mm, 1550mm, 1575mm.

The average output rate is 10m/min, which is 4 times of that of traditional aluminum composite panel production lines. This production line is suitable for manufacturing aluminium composite panels with a maximum width of 2000mm.
